At Radha’s Vintage Dreams, we take pride in crafting each piece with love, care, and attention. As most of our products are handmade and/or made-to-order, please read our return and refund terms carefully before purchasing.

🛍️ Returns

• We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues (unless it's our error), or minor handmade imperfections.
• Each item is carefully quality-checked before dispatch, but if your item is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, we’re happy to help.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

1. Please email us at [radhikasethlakhanpal@gmail.com] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Include:
   
   • Your order number
   • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
   • A brief description of the issue

1. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement (if stock is available)
• Or a refund to your original payment method

💰 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

• The item was received damaged or defective
• The item received was incorrect
• The issue was reported within 48 hours

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment method or bank.

🚫 Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items purchased during a sale or clearance
• Items returned without prior approval or beyond the 48-hour window

Exchange Shipping: The replacement product will be shipped only after we have received the returned item.
